These weather resistant Tyvek lanterns are solar powered, with a small solar panel that charges rechargeable batteries. Each lantern has one LED light and a solar power cell.

The solar panel is at the top of the lantern and recharges the battery during summer sunlight hours (or electric lighting - rechargeable batteries can also be used and charges as normal).
